UDBHAV-2021 is a National level management meet organized by the Department of Management Studies in VFSTR Deemed to be University under the committee of KAIZEN which started in the year 2010.

UDBHAV-2021 aims to enhance the managerial capabilities and immense talents of management and different streams of students.

The thrust of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) with dual specialization program is to impart functional knowledge of general management and specialized knowledge of the related subjects. The specializations offered include Marketing, Finance, HR and Operations. One of the differentiating features of the curriculum is the range and depth of electives, which are industry specific and where rigor and relevance are appropriately balanced, resulting in greater marketability of the graduates. The course is designed to equip graduates with the skills, abilities and knowledge that will enable them to take up positions of higher responsibility in the corporate world anywhere, or to become entrepreneurs.
