Procedure to apply for Transcripts

  1. Applying for Transcripts is through online mode only
  2. Certificate will be issued 7 days after the application.
  3. Click on the link given below

  4. Enter your register number
  5. Select the type of certificate you want.
  6. The details of the mobile number and e-mail address of the student available as per institute records will be displayed along with the data related to the examinations appeared by the student.
  7. Select the examinations for which transcripts are needed.
  8. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
  9. Select the number of copies needed for each examination.
  10. Select the choice of collecting the transcripts i.e. either through post or in-person.
  11. Then press submit. This action will take you to payment gateway. Pay the required amount.
  12. Download the receipt and keep it for future reference. There is no need of sending the receipt to the university or any other separate application.
